Because of the limited capabilities of the Paypal Shopping Cart, we have no way to charge different shipping amounts based on your wristbands destination. Therefore, if your order is shipping outside the US, we need to apply a $1.50 handling fee. This covers the extra cost of postage, and also the "cross-border" fees that Paypal charges us.
